CRAWLI ONE ("we," "us," "the app") is a product of XNODE AGENTIC LLC. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with the CRAWLI ONE desktop application, website, and related services.

1. What stays on your machine

CRAWLI ONE is a local-first application. The following data never leaves your device:

• Your imported AI chat archives (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Perplexity, etc.)
• Any conversations you have with CRAWLI ONE
• Queries you make to the local AI
• Any files or attachments you add to the app
• Your local settings, preferences, and configuration

All AI inference runs locally on your hardware via Ollama. We have no access to this data, do not collect it, do not store it, and do not transmit it to any server.

2. What we do collect

We collect only the minimum information needed to operate the business:

• Your email address — provided at purchase, used to deliver your activation code and for subscription-related communications
• Your subscription status — managed by Stripe; we know whether your plan is active, past due, or canceled
• Payment information — processed and stored entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• Basic web analytics on crawlione.com — aggregate page views via Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookie-free, no personal data)

3. What we don't collect

• We do not have analytics or telemetry inside the desktop app.
• We do not track how you use CRAWLI ONE.
• We do not collect crash reports unless you explicitly send us one.
• We do not sell, rent, or share any data with advertisers.
• We do not use your data for AI training.

4. Third-party services

We use these third parties strictly for operating the business:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery (activation codes, receipts)
• Cloudflare — infrastructure, DNS, content delivery

Each has its own privacy policy. We minimize what we share with each and only share what's strictly required to deliver the service.

5. Your rights

You can request at any time:

• A copy of the data we hold about you (email, subscription status, payment history via Stripe)
• Deletion of your account and all associated data
• Correction of inaccurate information

6. Data retention

We retain your email and subscription data for as long as your subscription is active, plus 7 years thereafter for tax and accounting purposes (as required by law). On deletion request, we remove all non-legally-required data within 30 days.

7. Security

Your local data is protected by SQLite encryption on your device. Our server-side data is stored in Cloudflare's KV and managed via Stripe. All transmissions use TLS encryption.

8. Children

CRAWLI ONE is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We'll notify users by email and a prominent notice on crawlione.com if we make material changes. The latest version is always available at crawlione.com/privacy.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CRAWLI ONE (the "Service"), operated by XNODE AGENTIC LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By installing, downloading, or using CRAWLI ONE, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

CRAWLI ONE is a local-first desktop application for importing, storing, and querying AI chat archives on your own hardware. We offer a free tier and paid subscription tiers (Developer, Premium).

2. Your account

Paid subscriptions require a valid email address and payment method. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your activation code. If you share your activation code with others, we may revoke access at our discretion. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually at the rate shown at checkout
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle
• Prices are in USD
• Applicable taxes are added at checkout where required by law
• Promotional pricing applies only for the duration specified in the promotion

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the application beyond what is permitted by law
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the application or activation codes
• Use the application to violate any law or infringe any third party's rights
• Use the application to generate, store, or distribute illegal content
• Attempt to circumvent our license system, rate limits, or access controls
• Use automated systems to create accounts or abuse the service

6. Intellectual property

CRAWLI ONE, its code, design, branding, and associated trademarks are owned by XNODE AGENTIC LLC. Paid subscriptions grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software while your subscription is active.

Content you import (your AI chat archives, your queries, your generated outputs) remains entirely yours. We make no claim to it and do not access it.

7. No warranty; limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. AI output disclaimer

CRAWLI ONE runs local AI models (Ollama, Gemma, LLaVA, etc.) to query your archives. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI output.

9. Unsigned builds

Early releases of CRAWLI ONE may not be code-signed, which can cause operating system security warnings on first launch. This does not indicate that the application is malicious. Code signing will be added once the business is able to fund the required certificates. If you are uncomfortable with unsigned software, you may wait for a signed release.

10. Changes to the service

We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. If we make material changes that negatively affect paid subscribers, we'll notify you by email and offer a pro-rated refund on request.

11. Termination

We may terminate your access for breach of these Terms. You may terminate by canceling your subscription and uninstalling the application. Your local archive remains yours even after termination.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which XNODE AGENTIC LLC is registered. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that state.

We may update these Terms. The latest version is always at crawlione.com/terms. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We want you to be satisfied with CRAWLI ONE. This refund policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

14-day money-back guarantee

First-time subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase, no questions asked. If CRAWLI ONE doesn't meet your needs, email support@crawlione.com within 14 days and we'll refund the full amount.

Subscription renewals

Renewal charges are generally not refundable. To avoid being charged for renewal, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date via billing.xnodeagentic.com.

If you were charged for a renewal you didn't intend, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we'll consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.

Edge cases we always refund

• You were charged but your activation code never arrived and we couldn't resolve it
• The software had a critical defect we couldn't fix within 30 days
• You were charged for a tier you didn't order (billing error on our end)
• Duplicate charges

Edge cases we do not refund

• Buyer's remorse after 14 days on initial purchases
• Forgetting to cancel before a renewal
• Moving to a different computer (your license works on your new machine — just contact support)
• Account cancellation due to Terms of Service violations

How to request a refund

Email support@crawlione.com with:

• The email address you used at purchase
• Approximate date of purchase
• Reason for the refund

We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us first. Filing a chargeback without reaching out makes it harder for us to help you. Accounts associated with chargebacks may have service suspended pending resolution.
