CRAWLI ONE — Refund Policy

Version 1.0 Effective Date: May 7, 2026


We want you to be satisfied with CRAWLI ONE. This refund policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

This Refund Policy is a companion to our Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between this policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service govern.


14-day refund window

All purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge, no questions asked. This applies to:

  • Early Access ($5 one-time)
  • Reserved Waitlist ($10 one-time)
  • Developer subscriptions (monthly billing — refundable within 14 days of each charge if first-time, or in cases of error)
  • Premium subscriptions (monthly billing — refundable within 14 days of each charge if first-time, or in cases of error)

Refunds are administered through Stripe. To request a refund, email support@crawlione.com within 14 days, or initiate the refund directly through Stripe's customer-facing channels where available.

The 14-day refund window is the exclusive remedy under our Terms of Service. After the 14-day window, refunds are at the sole discretion of the Company.


Subscription renewals

Renewal charges (the second and subsequent monthly charges on a subscription) are generally not refundable. To avoid being charged for renewal, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date through the Stripe Customer Portal.

If you were charged for a renewal you didn't intend, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we'll consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.


Edge cases we always refund

  • Early Access cap-enforced refunds — Early Access is capped at 250 purchasers. If you attempt to purchase Early Access after the cap is reached, your transaction will be automatically refunded through Stripe. No action required on your part.
  • You were charged but your activation code never arrived and we couldn't resolve it
  • The software had a critical defect we couldn't fix within 30 days
  • You were charged for a tier you didn't order (billing error on our end)
  • Duplicate charges
  • Reserved Waitlist deposit refund when an account upgrades to Early Access (the $10 reservation deposit is automatically refunded since Early Access provides equivalent benefits)

Edge cases we do not refund

  • Buyer's remorse after the 14-day window
  • Forgetting to cancel before a renewal (more than 7 days after the charge)
  • Moving to a different computer (your license works on your new machine — just contact support)
  • Account cancellation or revocation due to Terms of Service violations (per Section 7 of the Terms)
  • Discontinuation of the Software (per Section 4.2 of the Terms — "operational lifetime" benefits do not survive Software discontinuation, and no refund is owed beyond the 14-day window from your most recent charge)

How to request a refund

Email support@crawlione.com with:

  • The email address you used at purchase
  • Approximate date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund (optional within the 14-day window)

We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.


Chargebacks

If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us first. Filing a chargeback without reaching out makes it harder for us to help you. Per our Terms of Service, accounts associated with chargebacks filed without prior refund request may be revoked without further refund.


Diamond Member Credit and refunds

The Diamond Member Credit ($10/month discount on Developer or Premium subscriptions for Early Access account holders) is not refundable as a separate item. If you receive a refund on a subscription that had the Diamond Member Credit applied, you receive a refund of the discounted amount you actually paid, not the pre-discount price.

The Diamond Member Credit is conditional on your account remaining in good standing per the Terms of Service. If your account is revoked for Terms violation, the Diamond Member Credit is forfeited along with all other tier benefits.
